Wow! What A wonderful experience we just had today. As a new pet owner to a little puppy, it can be a little overwhelming. We were searching for the perfect groomer and after making several calls to locations around town, I came across Classic Tails and spoke to Inna. Immediately, I felt completely at ease and knew that this would be the perfect place to bring our little pup. Inna greeted us out front and immediately connected with our little dog. I came back to pick her up two hours later and she was as fresh as can be! We will definitely be back!
What a tremendous and delightful experience we had here yesterday at Classic Trails. Our dog Priscila 3yrs old we rescued 3 months ago Extremely timmed & shy doesn't like men getting better. Made an appointment with Inna and her husband both are incredibly friendly they explained what procedure the will performing in detail on Priscila. The both meet us at the door Priscila was extremely nervous handed her to Inna and she said we will make her very conformable They call 3 1/2hrs later brought Priscila out and she look absolutely Amazing what they achieved was beyond words. Looking very CUTE. This TEAM performs,quality work,reliable and very professional all at a reasonable price.We will Definitely Return
This place is excellent! Both Diane and Inna were amazing from the time of the booking to the perfect haircut that my miniature schnauzer got. She is still a puppy and doesn't exactly like being brushed near the face or tail, but they were so sweet and patient with her that she did really well and looks so good! I am so happy I found this place and highly recommend you take you pup there.
I love this spot. We brought our elderly cocker spaniel here and they did an amazing job! They treater her with such care and gave her breaks when she needed it. She came out looking amazing.
I took my sweet mini poodle pup to get her first grooming done here. It turned out terrible! All patchy and different lengths everywhere. My pup weighs barely 4lbs and she charged me $80. I will not be returning.
