On the Spot Mobile Dog & Cat

They have groomed four of our dogs over the years, one Labradoodle and three standard poodles—all difficult to groom breeds. I trust Catherine with my dogs, who I love immensely, which is why we ve stuck with her for years. I like that they’re just in the driveway in her van where I can still see them and they never seem as anxious as going to a formal brick and mortar groomer. What I appreciated about Catherine was that she stopped by and left a lovely note when she found out that one of dogs had passed. Sometimes it’s that one note at your door that can make the day feel bearable after your pet is gone. She gave me that and I’ll always be grateful.

My pup has a gash in his back and has been walking drunk and sideways since grooming last Tuesday. It is my fault cos my dog is aged and jumpy. Also I did not have this Katherine, we got Lauren who is sweet and went out of her way to accommodate us. I will do what was recommended and that is let his vet tell me what to do for my pet’s grooming needs. He does look amazing a beautiful Cairn Terrier cut

Katherine is a great groomer! Very convenient for her to come to the home. She loves animals and my puppies feel so comfortable with her. My dog is a senior 16 year old blind and deaf Maltese. She makes her feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN! My sister used this woman to groom her senior 3 legged golden retriever Vandal who is dying of cancer. Two months ago Katherine came to bathe him and told my sister "when your dog dies you should purchase one of the dogs I breed." My sister was shocked this woman would be so cold and callous. Vandal's health has since unfortunately declined and it has been extremely tough on my sister. My sister scheduled an appointment to humanely put Vandal down this Friday at her home. She contacted Katherine because she wanted Vandal to be bathed and comfortable in his last week. Vandal has a comfortable bed and still has an appetite but he can no longer walk. Katherine's mobile pet grooming business is the only one that serves my sister's area. When Katherine came to the house she began to scream and yell at my sister's husband (my sister was not home) saying she needed to put the dog down right away. She refused to bathe him and left my sister's home without completing her job. Katherine then called my sister telling her that she needed to put Vandal down immediately. Katherine - since I know you will be reading this... WHO are YOU to judge? You don't know the situation and the preparation that has gone into this and your behavior was uncalled for and unprofessional. I am horrified you work with animals and even more horrified that you breed animals. If you love your dog, do not use this business. You will regret it.
