They were able to get me in same day due to a reschedule and they did a phenomenal job with Sully and was very reasonable priced! Loved that they did a gentle introduction and when I came in to pick him up they were giving him all the loves. We will definitely be back!

Called in desperation to get my dog groomed because it had been awhile since she had been groomed. We just moved to PG so I was a little nervous to try a new place but I’m so happy we found this place! They were able to squeeze me in & my dog Lana came out looking so great! The staff is super friendly & kind! You can tell they really care about the dogs. She also got a cute little bandana :)

I really appreciate the open nature of Grooms by the Bay. From the moment we walk in (through the Dutch door with the top half open!), my Corgi and I know that she will be treated calmly and kindly. Her grooming is always discussed in full before I leave, which I do with the utmost confidence that Charli and Jesse will take the best care of her. The salon is clean and spacious; rarely do we wait with other clients. Grooms has addressed all my anxiety about gently treating an aging dog.

Love Grooms by the Bay! They treat my fur baby with the utmost care. Prior to taking my fur baby Sky here he would hate getting groomed, now he enjoys the whole process.
