Pawsitively Primped

I recently adopted my first puppy, and she finally turned 5 months old, so I decided to get her first grooming! It was my first time visiting a pet grooming shop, and I didn’t fully understand the regulations, which led to me not brushing her properly and causing some confusion for her.. 😢 However, Melissa was very understanding and even allowed me extra time to brush her. I am truly grateful for her patience. I was able to leave feeling reassured after seeing how lovingly and gently she treated my puppy with a warm gaze and smile. After reading the one-star reviews here, I actually trust Melissa even more. It’s clear that she loves dogs more than anyone and is dedicated to providing responsible service. Although this place is a bit far from where I live, I plan to continue visiting for my dog’s grooming needs. I fully support her.👍🏻👍🏻

Mellisa is a awesome groomer! She does a consistently amazing job every time I bring my dogs into her. If your new to the area or just want to try someone new give her shot you won’t regret it.

Great place to take your pup for a nail trim or a full service wash. Small business. The owner has a way with dogs.

Should have read the other one-stars before I came here. The owner was visibly angry at me when I first walked in the door for not reading some policy terms on her website. It was a 4:00pm appointment and she was clearly behind. This was my first time using her services as my dog’s regular groomer and had to cancel our scheduled appointment due to an illness. She told me not to ask when my dog would be ready but later in the unpleasant convo offered up that it would be a couple hours. So I came back in 1 hour 50 minutes (just before 6pm) to check in and she started yelling at me for coming back early. I stood there and said nothing. She told me that I didn’t deserve my dog and I wasn’t a good dog owner. My only advice to others is to read the google reviews (in addition to the terms on her website) before taking your dog to Pawsitively Primped.

Owner was very friendly and attentive on arrival asking very thoughtful and considerate questions all in effort to increase the quality and comfort of your pet while receiving care. It's Really good to see a pet groomer that is so passionate about their profession, genuinely wanting to get to know ur pet on a more personal level even if it's just to provide a little extra emotional support thru their bath lol. Also don't forget to say hello to mushi the support cat I promise you will adore him and your pets will too.
