Doolottle’s does a great job. I was looking for a new groomer for my golden doodle after leaving my groomer in Reedley after two very negative interactions with management. Even though friendliness and warmth aren’t their strongest customer service qualities, they do a great job at clipping, toe nails and listening to what I tell them what I want as the customer. Certainly not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I would recommend them to take care of your dog.
My thick coated aussie farm dog absolutely LOVES her friends at Doolittle's. The groomers pay close attention to more than just style. They are observant of things that arouse concern for the animal. They noticed my dog had sensitive, inflamed paws, & watery eyes likely caused by allergies. The vet agreed and after diet change she's a much happier pouch. Today, she got her classic summer cut and is enjoying permission to come inside for a few hours.
Even without a appointment, they clipped my Chihuahuas nails. My boyfriend brought his dachshund and she wet all over the girl. They were very kind about it.
This review isn’t a reflection on how they groom my dog, because they‘ve done a great job at that. It’s the employee/groomer who handles the calls and appointments. She has a poor attitude and makes it very unpleasant and uncomfortable to make an appointment. She’s blunt and cuts me short anytime I try to speak. We tried to look past it because the other groomers do a great job at cutting my dogs hair, but lately this woman’s attitude has made us wary and I feel uncomfortable leaving my dog there with someone who has such a bad attitude, and seemingly short temper.
They injured my dogs eye! My dogs right eye was super red after visiting this groomer. It looks like a blood vessel popped in his eye! They didn’t even say anything about. They were probably hoping we wouldn’t notice. No apology, no refund, no explanation. And on top of that they kept him like the whole day and screamed at him when he needed to pee afterwards. Like come one. You have my dog there all day, injure him, and then get mad that he needs to pee?! One visit was enough. Will never return
