I do not know if anyone has had any problems with Katrina the groomer. I am a very loyal customer, and you would think that counts for some appreciation. Katrina is always 1 to 2 hours late and always has excuses. I made my German Shepherds appointment last month after her grooming at 3 pm for today. And I get a text not a call saying she is running 45 min. Late I said no problem, and then I get another text saying she not be at my home until 5 people make appointments for a reason. Not to be waiting every time for a groomer to always be late or has to re-schedule. I am very unhappy with Katrina. I hear great things about Carol. Does anyone have any issues with her always running late? If you have some insight please post it. Thank you

Carol is so sweet and kind. Truly loves her job i recommend everyone to this place.

Was not happy, told them not to trim her tail and it was completely trimmed. Hair on face was shorter on one side.
