Pin Up Pets Grooming

Today was my very first time taking my baby Stella here and I had a great experience. The shop is a bit hidden but not hard to find. I felt super welcomed the minute I stepped foot into the shop. The lady made sure to ask me exactly how I would like my dogs hair to be cut (I was never asked in so much detail at other shops) I didn't even know how to answer most questions haha. But asking those questions shows that she cares about what her customers think and want. If you would like to be treated super nice and have your pets taken care of, this is the place! My Stella Bella came out looking super cute!

I had a hard time finding a pet groomer that would groom cats. I got lucky and found this one but was apprehensive because my cat isn’t the best behaved cat. I gave it a try and my cat was an angel for them. Surprised me. They were great! I can’t say enough good about them. I will definitely go back. A very satisfied customer!

Honestly extremely disappointed with the services I received here. My dog has razor burns and red welts post haircut and she’s been extremely distraught since her visit. Gnawing at shave bumps, constantly scratching, and being extremely on edge. It’s been almost a week since her visit. Her “haircut” is uneven and shaggy, her skin is still red and inflamed and I’m heartbroken seeing how upset she’s been. I would request a refund, but honestly I should’ve known better seeing that this wasn’t a certified groomer. I signed the paper stating “they aren’t responsible for injury or death to pets” so this is my mistake. I trusted the Google reviews here and as a result I’m now taking my dog to get treated by the vet. Don’t bring your pet here. I’m going to have trouble taking my dog to another groomer after this. I’m so unhappy.
