Mobile Dexter's grooming

My dog Australian shepherd named Cooper, had a very bad experience with this Grooming service. I believe it is run by someone named “Jessica” but I have never met her. A guy named Alex shows up. I asked to see the back of the van. He refused. He had a friend or random helper with him. The whole situation was bizarre and uncomfortable. My dog is 9 1/2 years old and absolutely loves baths. He has had at least a bath a month since he was born either through mobile detail or at a detailing shop. Something horrible happened in the back with Dexter grooming. My dog threw up, got diarrhea and now every time he sees a grooming van He is shaking and terrified. Yesterday I hired a different service. Not Jessica, Not Dexter or Alex. Same reaction Cooper had looking at the van but when the girls were done with him, a different company, he was absolutely Overjoyed and thrilled. They had no problem showing me the inside of the van. Everyone refers to Jessica with this Dexter dog detailing but I have never met her only spoken on the phone to her. I absolutely never give bad reviews you can check my record. I reached out to her to tell her Situation I had and got no response Something bad definitely happened to my dog. Hope it doesn’t happen to yours. I live in Newport Beach.

Jessica did an amazing job on our 100lb goldendoodle. She did exactly what we asked her for haircut and my dog was happy and calm when he was done. I highly recommend her and will be using her again in the near future!

Jessica is very friendly and professional. I was more than pleased by her service. She did an AMAZING job on my chowsky, my dog got done a furminator bath. Not to mention she can come to your location and her prices are unbeatable. I definitely recommend Mobile Dexter's Grooming to anyone looking for a dog groomer!

I met Jessica for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. My 10 month old Puppy, is NOT easy to groom and doesn't like to get haircuts but Jessica was able to get him comfortable and did a great job. We will definitely make an appointment again! I definitely recommend Jessica.
