I really like this store they always have what I need for my pets (dogs). I'm picky when it comes to my 2 little guys. The employees are knowledgeable and very approachable in my experience and have always been very helpful.

They were so great with my old special needs dog. I couldn't have had better service. They were amazing. Definitely would recommend them.

They're always generous with the crickets and they're always very friendly. They may not always have the information you need, but they're nice. I shop here for my beardie. I do get sad seeing the cages sometimes because they aren't always well taken care of, but I know they get busy.

I go to this PetSmart often and love the customer service. However, the last THREE times I’ve gone in I have seen the rodents in gross conditions. I don’t know what’s happened to the downgrade in care at this location in the past month, but I have something to say about it. -Poop and pee covered wheels to the point that it makes wonder if the animals are sick. I have even seen diarrhea smashed onto the wheels. Is the staff working here really that negligent?? -Also, they have Syrians running on wheels that are much too small for them. This promotes bad care and harms the hamster’s back. This is terrible husbandry and only furthers the stigma of treating small animals as a lesser than life. I really do love this petsmart otherwise!!! I’m only making this review because this seems to me to be a repetitive and chronic issue that is only getting worse each time I come. Please for the sake of the rodents livelihood, make a change!!!

I adopted my cat here on Sunday. She is BEAUTIFUL and crazy 🤪. The service here is excellent and they truly care for you pets. You can bring your pet in with you and there is areas just for them.
