The girl who groomed my baby boy jasper did an amazing job, he took to her immediately and she made him feel safe and kept him comfortable. She is 100% our new groomer . I can't really give a review since I never had the opportunity to use their services. They called me the day before I was to leave for my vacation and said my pet was missing an immunization and she needed to have it in her system a couple of days before they could take her. Gee thanks, now the day before I leave, I have to find other arrangements when I contacted them two weeks before my vacation to make sure everything was taken care of for them to keep her. They were nice and called my vet and explained to them what happened so my vet will be boarding her.
