My sweet doodle loves going here. They are friendly and accommodating to our last minute requests. They did an amazing job with his bath and cut.

I use the Pampered Pets Mobile Service to groom my 4 dogs. I have always been pleased with their service! They came to groom my babies this week and even though they had some generator problems, they did an excellent job!! Melanie never quit . This is a great business and even my nervous puppies are happy to go with them. I highly recommend the mobile unit and the store! If I didn’t have four, I would still take them there!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Took our doggo Murphy in while waiting out hurricane Milton and was greeted with the nicest staff. Same experience picking him up and the job they did was incredible. Topped off with an adorable Halloween bandana. I would be a regular if I was local.

I recently boarded my Yorkie here. I called about 2 weeks prior for a reservation. I was told there was availability and I was asked if I wanted him groomed and I said yes. He was there Tuesday till Satarday. Upon picking him up, he was not groomed, They didn't know what carrier I had brought him in, they had to find his 2 toys, and he hadn't been fed yet but clarified they didn't know I was coming in so early. ..Said I could set up an appt. to bring him back (16 miles) and I would be given a discount. Brought him back on the next Tuesday. When picking him up, I reminded them I was to get a discount, the front girl went and talked to the owner and I was not given a discount. We will go elsewhere.
