Been shopping with them since Hollywood Feeds closed here in Montgomery and have found them so helpful. The first time I went to there store, I found that they did not carry the brand I had been feeding my dauschunds. The owner told me that's not a problem, "I will order it for you and it will be in next week" she did and they called me the next week and let me know it was in, went & picked it up and paid for it, thinking the whole time it would be higher, Nope it was a couple of dollars less than I had been paying. Yes, I am still a loyal customer and will continue to be.

Theresa was knowledgeable, super friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. We actually felt welcomed into the store and community.
