Always great service! Today I brought in five fur babies. One is not a fan of bathing or nail cutting. They still made sure he left with both lol. I like that they see who the dog feels comfortable with to make the experience better. Great customer service on the phone and in person.... Professional... Grooming service top notch.. Fair prices... I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been taking all my fur babies here since they opened and I couldn’t be happier!! My corgi used to have to need calming treats to go to the groomers but she’s never needed them here! She loves going and is always smiling when I pick her up! My boys are the same way! Anyone who knows me knows my babies are my EVERYTHING! I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else!!! 💕💕💕

Try to rip-off me. Fooling ppl and lie about services. Won’t recommend ever. My puppy was scared & shaking all day after bad grooming service. Missed ear hair plucking even I ask specifically and missed toothbrush, uneaten hair trimming. Horrible experience!!

Highly dissatisfied. I went to pick up my dog , they didnt mention anything bad had happened. But as i was driving down the street i noticed blood coming from my dogs ear. THEY CUT A CHUNK OF HER EAR AND DIDNT MENTION IT AT ALL.

We have never had anything but great experiences at Katrina’s! All her groomers are very professional and do a great job! I would not take my Riley anywhere else he loves ❤️ Katrina’s Pet Grooming as much as they love him!!!
