Love that they don’t allow dogs to interact with each other (no all day play time like other boarding places do). This is great for my dogs that like dogs, but aren’t too keen on being bombarded with too many dogs at once. Everything is one on one and the dogs are always looked after. They are excellent at answering all questions with patience, and they provided updates when I called. Will definitely book again with them!

Our baby loves going here. Everyone knows her by name, and she gets the best care. We can even watch her on video monitoring in her private room. Your pet/baby will love it too.

Left my dogs here for 13 nights while we were out of town. Both of my dogs came back with gashes on top of their eyes and 2 less toys than they arrived with. When I supplied their food I supplied enough for each dog to have 1 extra serving just in case and I was given their belongings with 6 servings of food still in their bags. This means they missed 5 servings of food on 5 separate occasions. They were “bathed the morning of pickup” but my white dog was stained orange & dirty when picked up. When I called before their boarding to ask questions I spoke with the owner who was very dodgy of my questions and cut me off numerous times in the middle of me trying to ask a question. Don’t cheap out, find a better boarder. My dogs will not be returning.

You will not find a better place! Definitely take your baby there for one day to make sure they will be a good fit. I knew it was the perfect place for our Lilli when she didn't want to come home from her play date. She stayed a little longer this time, 4 nights and this mom called at least 2 days to check on her and they gladly would go see how she was doing at that time. She gets at least 3 to 4 potty and play breaks. Although Lills was ready to be home, I know she had the best experience at Copeland's! We will definitely take her back if we can't take her with us out of town or we will take her to have a spa day ❤️
