The only place I will bring my doodles!! The groomers here do an amazing job, even when they get a little matted and have to be cut shorter, it still looks great! They also offer a military discount (which we GREATLY appreciate), along with a Senior and Teacher discount!

This business was formerly Pet Styles and i had been going there since they opened(13 years). I never had a problem. The owner sold the business to these people. I gave them a try with bad results. I took my 2 westies to them and couldn't be more upset. Both of them were just hacked up especially on their faces. I told the girl at the desk i wanted a westie cut and the face to be rounded. I have attached a picture of the before and after they were cut. Having never had a problem before i picked them up, paid the bill and took them home. It was then that I noticed how terrible the cut was. We called them back to talk to them about it but all I got was an arguement "we gave you what you asked for". You can see by the pictures how bad they cut. The girl was so disrespectful that i decided to call the owner. I sent her pictures and she said the groomer was one of her best but she didnt know why she had cut them that way. She offered to correct the cut and even it out or would "give me a discount" after their hair grew back on the next cut. She said to let her know. I sent her a text as she suggested but have not heard back from her 6 days later. I will not be back. I would think twice before using them.

I cannot recommend this business enough!! Bella & Bows ALWAYS does an exceptional job on my pups! I have used them for years and will continue to use them for years to come! My pups absolutely love the ladies up there and get so so excited to see them💞 Also, you cannot beat their prices!! They honestly have the best prices in town! The ladies there are always the sweetest. My Ruthie Belle has “lamb legs” and they look so so good on her! If you’re looking for a great grooming business, look no further!!! Bella & Bows Pet Salon West (and Semmes) is the absolute BEST!!!

Pet Styles is amazing! Alexis is our groomer and she always takes the time to make sure my doodles are well cared for and expertly groomed!
