I recently had the pleasure of taking our baby pup to Kaye’s YAPPY Hour in Huntsville, Alabama, for her first grooming session, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff truly cares about the well-being of their furry clients. We were especially fortunate to have Stylist Shayla take care of our little girl. She took the time to greet our pup gently and made sure she felt comfortable before starting the grooming process. This was incredibly important to us, as our pup is usually quite anxious around strangers. Shayla’s calm and soothing demeanor immediately put our girl at ease, and I could tell that she was in good hands. When we returned to pick up our pup, we were thrilled to see her looking absolutely adorable! But more importantly, she was happy, relaxed, and showed no signs of stress. This was a huge relief for us, as previous experiences with other groomers had left her feeling frightened and uneasy. Shayla did a fantastic job not only with the grooming itself—our pup’s coat was perfectly trimmed, and she smelled wonderful—but also in creating an environment where our pup felt safe and secure. It’s clear that Shayla and the team at Kaye’s YAPPY Hour are passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to ensure that each pet has a positive experience, which is something that really sets them apart from other grooming salons. Absolutely amazing! They had Luna looking absolutely adorable with her Barbie pink nails, they definitely made her a head turner. I've been recommending Kayes Happy Hour to anyone who needs their pups groomed.
