She’s very nice. Allowed us to come visit our fur baby before we purchased him and he’s is amazing just like she said. The process was easy and she was happy to answer all of our questions. Glad I made the purchase.

They fit my poodle Callie in within the next few days and did such a great job on her haircut! Mrs. Cindy is amazing!

I’ve used her several times for my Yorkie and my Doodle. She does exactly as you ask and if for any reason she can’t she calls you and talks to you BEFORE she does anything. No pick up surprises. No one is this area can compare price wise

This place is filthy and smells so bad. Ask to see the back where the dogs stay before leaving your dog here. Our dog and the dog beds always smell terrible coming home. There always is some sort of miscommunication everytime we've used them- our dog didn't get his bath bc they thought we were picking up the next day, despite us writing the correct day on the check-in paperwork. They couldn't find his collar and leash upon pick up and was told they gave it back to us at drop off. I spotted it myself, tossed aside. In the past, our dog that has to be on a special diet had terrible vomiting and diarrhea after we picked him up, indicating to me that he had been given the wrong food and not his special diet we left with him. They also apparently don't take cards anymore- and no one mentioned this to us at drop off, so we were completely unprepared to pay $150 in cash at pick up. It's always something so we don't use Mae Mae's Paws unless everywhere in Cullman is completely booked and we have no choice. Its is definitely our last resort.

Great job on the cut, very fair price, and worked my Luna in last minute for a much needed grooming! Very thankful it worked out and we’ll definitely be return customers. Thanks!
