Dotties Pet Spa and Grooming

We LOVE Dottie’s!! Pam absolutely has a heart for taking care of fur babies. We have three dogs all a different sizes and breeds. Our smallest is a schnauzer and they have always groomed her exactly how I ask. Our German Shepard has so many layers of hair, nobody has been able to properly de-shed her until we started bringing her to Pam!! Our Brittany spaniel is a nervous baby and we finally brought her for her first groom today, she LOVED Dottie’s and she had no problems. Riley & Alex took the time to make sure each of our dogs needs were met and taken care of just like they were their own dogs. We couldn’t be happier with Pam’s staff, they even helped get all three dogs in the car safely before we left!! Very satisfied!!

Pam and her team are great! Definitely the best groomer in town and around the whole Dekalb area. Pam has been grooming my dog for 5+ years and I’ve been taking him to her new location ever since she opened! Highly recommend her to everyone!

We met Pam and Paxton today. They are the real deal, and care about animals. We rescued a Yorkie yesterday, he needed the hair cut from in front of his eyes. I had brushed and cut mats from his hair and we bathed him. I was too afraid to cut the hair in front of his eyes. I called and left a message last night and Pam called first this morning. She ask how she could, " help that baby?" She gave us a time to be there and trimmed his face, we're coming back next week for a full groom. REFUSING TO TAKE A DIME, for what she did today!! WOW, how wonderful to meet poeple that care. THANK YOU, Pam & Paxton!! This is Lucien Reid, he can now see!!

Mrs Pam has been grooming our boy Loki since he was a pup 💙. She does a wonderful job. She’s also so patient with nervous animals and I know that because my Loki is one of those nervous puppies. if you’re looking for the best groomer around Fort Payne, Alabama look no further Pam is the best❤️

This is from Shannin, Davys wifey :) I followed Pam from her previous place of employment because I have a PROBLEM DOGGIE who's 19 yrs old and DESPISES BATHS and she is the only person he does not mind handling him. Paxton has such a great attitude she seems to work out very well with our tribe of craziness, I don't trust my dog to be perfect while getting his feet face and FANNIE done therefore I never expect a perfect hairdo DOGS HATE THIS! LOL They always meet my expectations tho and as long as I don't have to DRAG my dog in the door I'm super happy! Thank you girls for all your patience and dedicated work to our furbabies! Personally I do not know what I would do without you! And Puffaluffagus loves you too!
