The owner took real good care of my baby girl Bambi, which is a miniature schnauzer. She even called a day or two later to check up on her which I really appreciate that she will most definitely be keeping my business.

I've been going to Salty Dog Grooming for a few years now. They always have my babies looking great. Very professional and very fast. This morning my dog took off running and was lost for over an hour the owner stopped working and helped looked for her. She's very sweet and compassionate about what she does I highly recommend. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My dog was found safely.

Called and asked if I could drop in and get the pups nails trimmed. She said “ sure” and so I dropped in and she precisely and skillfully Dremel’d his toe nails perfectly. ( The other groomer was sweetly grooming a beautiful Blue Doodle perfectly.) Sweet folks with a true love for dogs. Highly recommend Salty Dogs services.

My miniature schnauzer always comes home looking so handsome and super clean! I always look forward to seeing him after he leaves Salty Dog Grooming. He is treated with lots of love and care. I have referred multiple pet owners already.

Reached out after seeing positive reviews to schedule an appointment. Got a return call from the owner who asked questions about my dog but when I tried to answer, she kept interrupting me to tell me there needs to be a meet and greet first. I agreed to set that up and then continued to try and answer her original questions but she just kept interrupting and speaking over me. When I asked if I could at least finish my sentence, she said she was working while talking to me (how am I to know that)? If she is this rude to a new customer, how could I leave my dog with her? No thanks, going elsewhere. RESPONSE TO OWNER: With all due respect, ma'am, it was your phone that went out and I was the one who asked if you were still there and you replied, yes but that you were working while talking to me. You asked me questions I was trying to answer and you turned it into a lecture and would not even let me finish a sentence. I even told you I was HAPPY to schedule a meet and greet and you went on talking right through me with a lecture that this environment is not the same as home (which I completely agree with and is why I promptly agreed to the meet and greet)! If you treat a new customer so rudely, do you really think I am going to leave my dog with you? And by the way, you are the one who ended the call by hanging up on me when I told you that I didn't think this was a good fit. Waggy Tail will be grooming him Saturday morning because they were kind, considerate, and welcoming when I called them after you hung up on me. You may be the best dog groomer who ever lived but you need serious help with your people skills.
