Pawfection Pet Salon

I took my dog Sandy in for a grooming this morning and told one woman what I wanted done. "Cut her hair so it is no longer than 1/2 inch and trim her tail". She is a long haired dog. A few minutes later another woman asked me what I wanted done and I told her the exact same thing. 4 and 1/2 hours later they called and told me she was ready. When I got there I paid the $75 fee and they brought her out. It looked like they had not cut her hair at all and certainly did not touch her tail. I asked about that and they said they would do it now if I wanted to wait about 15 minutes. I waited and when they brought her out again they had not touched her tail and did not even vacuum or brush all the loose hair. Their people do not know how to listen, or don't care too. I will not take her back again and I do not recommend this groomer.

Awesome professional treatment! They assisted with our arrival as well as demonstrated how very kind they were to help again on our departure! The trim, cut and sculpt of our babies into Hollywood Pet Stars, was at an affordable price! They were so relaxed and we could sense they weren’t scared of being there at all! My baby loves Pawfection! She has a standing grooming appointment and loves boarding there! She always has the best time and is well taken care of!

They took care of my Great Pyrenees pup and he looks amazing. The price was fair and they were done in a very reasonable time.

I had just got my Marlee a few weeks ago so this was his first time getting groomed with me. Pawfection did an amazing job on him. He has been getting compliments from family and friends about how good he looks. Thanks again for an amazing job.
