Kelli's Kritter Kuts

Kelli’s kritter kuts did a nice job on my yorkie poo. She cleaned and groomed her for the summer and even put in a bow for the Memorial Day weekend. I was very pleased with the price and plan to use her again.

Excellent all around! My girlfriend has boarded her two medium/large dogs here multiple times in the past and highly recommended Kelli’s when my parent’s dog sitter cancelled the day before arriving! I wanted to take the time to leave a review after our pleasant experience: They were extremely accommodating, even when my parent’s sitter decided to show up at the very last minute and we had to cancel the stay! Kelli made space available and communicated exactly what she needed from us and was very easy to deal with! I have total confidence we will be using her services in the future!

Kelli and her staff ALWAYS take the BEST care of all 4 of my pups, known in the community as "The Breakfast Club." They are all super sweet and very accommodating. I love when it's time for "Spa Day" at Kelli's and so thankful I have my yearly appointments set up with her! If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Kelli is an excellent groomer, BUT, I scheduled my dog before Xmas, got appt. for today. I work out of town, so usually drop off early and pick up late, which this groomer agreed to. Take dog in about 7am, and told that they are closed! Was told I should have received a text or call to cancel, but I got nothing. Was going to leave dog to board for the day, but was then told we close at 12 noon. Not good customer relations, and as a loyal customer, I won't be taking my dog back!

Everyone here is great and that puts me at ease because I wouldn’t board my beloved dog just anywhere. I want to know she’s in good hands with people who care and give good attention letting these dogs have play time, meal time, etc. Highly recommend. Just a heads up, if you are booking a grooming session with Kelli, there is usually a wait of about 4-6 weeks +- because of the demand. When you are good, you are good. Just plan ahead of time to get the best. She came highly recommended from several friends and my next door neighbor.
