Scenthound

Scenthound was an amazing grooming shop for our doggies! One of our doggies is older and when we did our trial they recommended us more to not get her a membership unless we couldn’t help her at home because the stress it could put on her and her heart. I love that they didn’t press a membership on us and just informed us. The app and website are very simple and helpful when it comes to understanding what your doggos need! 10/10 would recommend. EDIT: It’s been about a month since we started our membership for the younger pups and it’s actually not been that great. Our 2 dogs keep coming out sopping wet and we pay for the most expensive membership (that includes the blow dry). We have told them multiple times since my sister is pregnant she can’t dry them off, the people there don’t exactly seem to care. Paying for the highest membership you would think you’d get outstanding service, but they can’t even do everything that is included in the package. We’ve had to say something about 3 different times now when it comes to making sure they are dry, especially with the weather getting colder. We will see how it goes but as of right now, we’re not very impressed. 5/10.

I’ve visited this location a few times now for Kala’s nail dremel. Brianna has serviced me every time and has been a delight. Her friendly personality and smile brightens my day, and I appreciate the stellar customer service.

UPDATE: I got a call today from The folks at ScentHound with some information about my last visit. They've implemented a new system (my guess is it's a CRM they're getting used to) and it's apparently caused some issues since it's been implemented, including but not limited to the mistaken S.C.E.N.T check report. I really appreciated the outreach today. It's such a personal relationship that groomers have with the animals in their care and it makes me feel so much better to know that they take that relationship to heart. Original review: This was my third visit to Scenthound with my dog Newman and the second time I got the wrong S.C.E.N.T check report for my dog. In addition, this last visit was supposed to include a bath and blow dry in addition to a paw pad trim, which did not happen and I ended up doing myself at home in our basement. The staff here seems lovely but they are clearly moving too many dogs through with two little staff to accommodate and mistakes are being made.

It was my Cavapoo puppies first time to a groomer. They were able to do everything needed with them. Workers there really loved on them. Their cuts are adorable! The shampoo and conditioner they used left them so incredibly soft too! I would highly recommend Scenthound!

Scenthound Lee Branch does such a great job grooming Cooper. They have an amazing staff, and they are so sweet to our fur baby. We wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Thank you, Scenthound.
