If I could I wouldn’t give them one star. I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking their fur baby to this company. I ask for a certain haircut and this is what they do to my fur baby. They didn’t cut his face because they said he was biting and lunging but why cut his fur that low. I showed a picture on how I wanted him cut. Dropped him off at 9:30 and didn’t get him until 4:00. Walked in the establishment and can hear a dog barking. I asked who dog that is and she stated it’s a lot of dogs back there. Son as she goes and get Oreo the barking stopped. Of course it was my dog because I know my dog bark. When brought to me he was about to jump of the counter, I had to calm him down. Soon as I get him home I proceeded to give him water and food and he was eating like they didn’t feed him.

They do an awesome job on our golden doodle and generally have more availability than most. That’s how we started using them. Got us fit in and did a great job. Been bringing phoenix here ever since.

Ms. Kim and her team were so super fabulous with our two pooches and so lovely and welcoming, as we walked in as new clients without an appointment and she took us in with open arms ❤️ Our boys were super happy and beautiful when we picked them up and you can just tell that your babies are in good hands with Ms. Kim. She is fabulous and we can’t thank her enough for being so kind and great at her work with animals. Thank you!

Jake has been coming here for over a year. I find it very distasteful and unprofessional for me to find out that you don't want to groom him anymore ( as of his last appointment date in November)from an automated text reminder that he is due for an appointment that was was sent on 1/2/25! If you had any class you would have acknowledged that you kept a dog for an entire shift (8-4:30)and still had not completed the service requested. We don't wish to do business with you. Remove me from your phone log!

Took my pup to get groomed and was the first one there, yet the groomer told me it would be 4pm that I could pick her up. I questioned that as they always tell you the earlier you bring them the earlier you get them back. In the past, I’d take her at 10am and still get her back at 4pm. The groomer said they were 1 groomer short. Okay, she obviously realized 4pm was still too late to have been first, so she changed it to 2pm. Hmm Got a text at work saying my pup was really matted on her legs and would need to be cut shorter. I said okay knowing she really wasn’t that matted, but I didn’t have time to converse with the groomer. So, I get a text at 11am saying she was ready. 11am!!! Got my pup back and she had been shaved completely down and her hair wasn’t even. I feel this was done to save her time and because I questioned getting my pup back at darn near closing time when she was first to arrive. Going elsewhere next time.
